I think in systems and ship fast. I start, learn, adjust, and keep moving.

Most founders outsource the tech. Most developers have never run a business. Most marketers can't ship.

I've done all three. At scale.

SystemPath is a software and consulting company for food manufacturers. Beacon is the SQF, HACCP, and FSMA platform. The consulting side builds the program, runs mock audits, and trains the people who have to run it.

I built Beacon inside Roman Foods, an SQF-certified plant in Michigan. Paper and spreadsheets could not keep up with a real floor. The software runs that plant's food safety program today.
